Are the tools really free?
Yes. They come with every castv.ai account, including the free one: sign up and they open in your console under Help › Tools. Each tool has a demo on this site you can watch without an account.
Do my videos get uploaded?
No. The wall preview and the content checker read your files inside your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
What resolution should I design a video wall at?
At the wall’s full canvas, including the pixels hidden behind the bezels, so straight lines stay straight across the seams. The wall calculator works it out from your screens’ resolution, size and bezels, and gives you a design guide at that exact size.
Why do the numbers match what castv.ai plays?
The tools run the same code the platform uses: the wall calculator uses the same bezel compensation that cuts each screen’s tile on the server, the content checker applies the same playlist rules, and the templates are the same designs the console opens.
Which TVs does castv.ai run on?
Samsung signage displays (Tizen), LG signage displays (webOS), Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Mac, Windows and Linux computers. Any other screen works with a Fire TV Stick or an Android box in its HDMI port.
Can I show a demo on my own website?
Yes. Every demo has “Embed this demo”: copy the snippet and it plays on your page, with a button that brings your visitors to castv.ai.
